I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. As a mediator, I assist individuals, community associations, and businesses in resolving their differences through the mediation process. I assist by narrowing the scope of the dispute by helping the parties identify the relevant issues at stake and encouraging joint problems and exploration of all of the alternatives to litigation.

I became a mediator because I sincerely believe that mediation often results in the best possible outcome for both parties, saving money, time and the expense of litigation. 

I have mediated cases involving complex community association matters including contract disputes, construction defect disputes, covenant enforcement, foreclosure and collection,  and other real property disputes.
